On behalf of Volume 45 of the Texas Tech Law Review, welcome to our new website! Our goal for this website is to provide user-friendly access to information about the Law Review, selected content from past and present print publications, and unrestricted access to our Online Edition.

With this new website, we have worked very hard to streamline access to Law Review content for our readers. Now anyone can read abstracts from articles, essays, and student comments published in our current edition, browse articles from our previous volumes, and stay up-to-date on important legal issues that confront Fifth Circuit practitioners. Over time, we will continue to add content to the website and expand access to existing content.
